HEATING INFORMATION

Cottage Pie / Red Lentil & Pepper Bake / Beef Lasagne / Fisherman’s Pie
Preheat oven to 1800c, remove lid and place on a baking tray and heat in oven for 30 – 35 minutes approximately, until food is golden brown and piping hot. (From frozen,1800c, loosen lid, put on a tray in the oven, after 30 minutes remove lid, then cook for another 15 – 20 mins approx., until gold brown and hot in the middle).
Roast of the Day
Preheat oven to 1800c, Loosen the lid on the meat and gravy and do not remove it, place on a baking tray and heat in oven. At the same time remove the lid on the roast potatoes and stuffing and place on a baking tray in the oven next to the meat and gravy, heat both for 25 mins and make sure its piping hot before serving. Heat Yorkshire pudding in oven for 2 mins.
Chicken Alfredo / Hunters Chicken / Somerset Pork / Smothered Blue Chicken / Honey & Mustard Pork
Preheat oven to 1800c, Loosen the lid and leave the lid on, place on a baking tray and heat in oven for 20 minutes, Remove lid and heat for another 10 minutes approximately, until food is piping hot and starting to brown on the top.
Chicken Curry / Sweet Potato / Spinach Curry / Sweet & Sour Chicken
Loosen a corner on the curry and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on full power, remove and stir, microwave for another 2 -3 minutes until is piping hot all the way though. Loosen lid on Ricecontainer, heat in microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until piping hot. (from frozen, for best results defrost in the fridge before heating).
Loosen a corner and microwave the sausages in onion gravy for 2 minutes on full power, remove and stir, microwave for another 1-2 minutes approx. until food is piping hot. Loosen corner on vegetables and heat in microwave for 2 mins until piping hot. Mashed potato: Loosen corner on mashed potato and heat in microwave for 2 – 3 mins until piping hot.
Chicken, Leek & Ham Pie / Steak, Mushroom & Ale Pie
Preheat oven to 1800c, remove lid on pie, place on a baking tray and heat in oven for 25 – 30 minutes approximately, until food is golden brown and piping hot. (frozen, for best results defrost in fridge before cooking).
Cauliflower Cheese / Potato Wedges / Dauphinoise Potatoes / Macaroni Cheese /
Marmite Potatoes / Roast Potatoes / Aubergine alfredo.
Preheat oven to 1800c, remove lid and place on a baking tray and heat in oven for 25 – 30 minutes approximately, until food is piping hot and nicely browning. Shake potato wedges / roast potatoes after 15 minutes and continue cooking until golden.
Vegetables
Loosen corner on vegetables and heat in microwave on full power for 2-3 mins until piping hot.
Thai Style Salmon Fishcakes / Smoked Haddock with Horseradish Sauce
Preheat oven to 180 c, remove lid and place fish cakes in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and piping hot, you can turn fish cakes after 10 minutes if you like. For Smoked Haddock loosen lid and do not remove. Heat on baking tray on oven for 25 until piping hot.
Hot Sponge Pudding of the Day
Loosen corner of tub and heat in microwave for 1min 30 sec approx., may need slightly longer. (from frozen, for best results leave at room temperature for 1 hour approx. before heating).
Crumble of the Day with Custard.
Remove lid on the crumble and place on a baking tray in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes approximately, until food is golden brown and piping hot. Custard should NOT be heated in the cup it was delivered in, pour into a cup or bowl and microwave for 90 seconds or until its piping hot.
Larger family size trays will need an extra 10 minutes approx. heating in oven.
Microwave and oven cooking times may vary, so please ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Fan assisted oven may cook faster. Food should be stored in the fridge for 3 days maximum.
All main courses are suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before heating for best results.
Do not put foil container in the microwave or plastic container in the oven!!

Loosen the lid on the meat and gravy, do not remove the lid, place on a baking tray, remove lid on cauliflower cheese and place on tray next to meat, put both in the oven.
After 5 mins remove the lid on the roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing (remove the Yorkshire pudding and keep to one side) and place the roast potatoes and stuffing on the baking tray in the oven next to the meat and gravy, heat all for another 25 – 30 mins. Turn roast potatoes and stuffing once during heating.
Make sure food is piping hot before serving and Cauliflower Cheese has browned.
Heat the Yorkshire pudding in oven for 2 mins.

Now you’re ready to serve, Bon appetite.
Butternut Squash & Beetroot Crumble / Baked Ratatouille.
